Yesterday was market day, I wanted to buy some fresh peas but I didn’t find any so I had to use frozen ones to prepare this tajine. The method for preparing this is as easy as the other tajines I have already published. You start by sautéing the meat with onion in a little oil, Season then cover with water and leave to cook, when the meat is almost cooked, add the carrots and peas and cook until the sauce is reduced. Serve with lemon
