Peanut Butter Cookies

Today I share with you these cookies or biscuits with peanut butter, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Decorate tops of cookies with a fork if you want the look of the traditional peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients:

90g butter

4 tbsp peanut butter

150g soft brown sugar

1 egg

125g flour

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugar.

Add the egg and stir thoroughly.

Sift in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon and mix well.

Drop a tsp full of the mixture onto a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven 180C for 12min.

Remove from the oven and and leave to cool on the tray before lifting on a wire rack.
