Kids Novelty Cupcakes
Today I share with you these novelty kids cupcakes made using simple and basic vanilla cupcakes and topped with a variety of flavoured and coloured icings.
150g caster sugar
175g self raising flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all the cake ingredients in a bowl and beat with an electric Wisk for 1-2min until light and creamy.
Divide the cake mixture between the cupcakes cases.
Bake in a preheated oven 180C,GM4 for 20min.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Decorate with icing.
