Ingredients:
1 kg pumpkin
500gr sugar
Ground walnuts
whipped cream
Method:
Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Marinate overnight.
Cook over low heat until pumpkin pieces are tender.
Serve the cubes with their juice, ground walnuts and whipped cream.
