Garantita ---  Chick-Peas tart

Ingredients:

1 cup chick-peas flour

3 cups  water

1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
1 egg
salt
cumin

 Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour the mixture in a greased oven proof dish.
Cook in a preheated oven 230 C /GM8 for  45min.
