3-4 garlic grouse
A handful of chickpeas
1 / 2 tsp, cinnamon, cumin, caraway
Salt, black pepper
In a saucepan, brown the meat in 2 tbsp of oil + spices and garlic + 2 tbsp of water.
Cover with water, add the chickpeas and cook for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the aubergines, cut into thin slice and fry in hot oil. Drain
When the meat is cooked, add the aubergines and leave on low heat for 10min.
