Minced Chicken with Mushrooms Tajine

I am back today with this Chicken and mushrooms tajine. Chicken and minced chicken with mushrooms. The meatballs are rolled in flour, fried and then put into the sauce. I let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for a few minutes to absorb the sauce to prevent them to be dry.

4 pieces of chicken
1 head garlic
1 can mushroom
1 minced chicken  breast

Salt, black pepper, cinnamon
1 tbsp Paprika


In a saucepan, cook the chicken, garlic  in 2 tbsp of oil. Season
cover with water mixed with paprika.
Add mushrooms and cook for 35min.
Meanwhile prepare the balls: Mix the chicken with parsley. Season
Shape into small balls. wetting the hand each time to form beautiful balls.
Roll meatballs in flour.
Fry in hot oil.
Drain and put into the sauce and simmer for  few minutes (5min).
Serve immediately
