  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200gr  cream cheese

    2 tbsp bread crumbs

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Grated cheese









  1. Remove the stem ends from mushrooms
  2. Scoop out the inside of the Mushroom so as to form a cup.
  3. Brush caps with lemon juice and set aside
  4. Finely chop stem ends
  5. In saucepan, heat olive oil over medium flame
  6. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms stems
  7. Cook & stir until tender
  8. Remove from heat and place in bowl
  9. Add the cream cheese and bread crumbs, season and mix well.
  10. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese
  12. Bake 20 - 30 minutes
  13. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving

très belle recette ma belle pourquoi tu dis de ne pas se filler au look ça parraît beau et c bien présenté en plus selon les ingredients je suis certaine que c 5/5 bise 02/18/2010 19:22
